When Jesse’s not on the radio, he can be found wrecking golf courses, riding his motorcycle, playing hockey and generally annoying his wife! Jesse wanted to be a country music star, but has absolutely no musical ability whatsoever, so he settled for radio.

Meet producer Monti – Born and raised in Texas, Monti brings her goofy personality and her love for country music to 103.3 Country every morning! A proud Belmont University grad, she’s called Nashville home for the past six years. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her running in the fresh air, hitting the Pilates studio, or poolside with a drink in hand and her friends by her side. Monti enjoys a night out in Midtown, a great playlist, and watching New Girl 24/7.
